Mental Health Community

At Bloom Camps, mental health is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud to partner with Dork Dancing, a community founded by friends of EBC. More than what it appears, its community hosts weekly game nights, vegan dinners, jungle and bike adventures, all free for the community. Dork Dancing members are trusted friends and allies, passionate about both bringing and fostering joy, support, mental health and growth in locations around the globe. Though not currently in every Bloom Camp location, their welcoming spirit and core values around mental health are central to EBC’s mission, creating a space where we rise, explore, and thrive TOGETHER.

LGBTQ+ community

  • Thailand offers comprehensive LGBTQ+ rights, including legalized same-sex marriage, legal gender changes, and protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. LGBTQ+ individuals can serve openly in the military, and Thailand's media increasingly highlights LGBTQ+ representation. As a long-standing and popular destination for LGBTQ+ travelers, Thailand remains a welcoming haven for all.

  • Vietnam has made progress in LGBTQ+ rights. Same-sex relationships are decriminalized, and the government has affirmed that sexual orientation and gender identity are natural variations of human experience. Transgender people can legally change their gender, although the process can be complex. Vietnam’s healthcare sector supports LGBTQ+ individuals, promoting non-discrimination. Large communities exist in all major cities as well with drag and improv shows.
